The Love and Marriage Day Sweepstakes

1. Eligibility

The Love and Marriage Day Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, the Brooklyn Cyclones, Bria/Dressit, Aisle Society, Cheersy, Plannerd, Art of Sucre, The Point, 21 for Fun, and each of their respective affiliates, agents, and immediate family or household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Dave Kerpen d/b/a National Love and Marriage Day, 11 Shoreview Road, Port Washington, NY 11050 (“Sponsor”), in partnership with Bria, Aisle Society, and InItTogether. Partners providing prizes or promotional consideration are not responsible for administration of the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on July 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period are void. The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

4. How to Enter

There are four ways to receive entries during the Sweepstakes Period:

• Online Entry (1 entry): Visit loveandmarriageday.com/sweepstakes and submit the entry form with your first name, last name, and email address. Limit one (1) form entry per person/email address.
• Social Share Bonus (20 additional entries): Post a public video reel telling your love story on Instagram or TikTok, follow @loveandmarriageday on that platform, and tag @loveandmarriageday in your post during the Sweepstakes Period. The account used must be public and identifiable with your form entry (limit one social bonus per person). Posts must comply with the platform’s terms of service and must not contain content that is unlawful or infringing.
• Tag-a-Friend Bonus (up to 10 additional entries): Receive one (1) additional entry for each unique friend you tag, up to a maximum of ten (10), in the comments of the official @loveandmarriageday Instagram post dated July 1, 2026. Tagged accounts must be real, distinct individuals; duplicate, fake, or self-tags do not count. Limit ten (10) entries total from this method per person.
• Partner Form Bonus (50 additional entries): Complete the Bria entry form linked at loveandmarriageday.com/sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one partner-form bonus per person.

Maximum total: eighty-one (81) entries per person. Entries generated by script, bot, or other automated means are void. By entering via social media, entrants acknowledge the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or their parent companies.

5. Prizes

• Grand Prize (1 winner): An all-inclusive luxury getaway in Panama for two, provided by 21 for Fun, including a four (4) day, three (3) night stay with luxury accommodations and food and beverages included. Airfare is NOT included and is the sole responsibility of the winner. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2027; blackout dates may apply. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,000.
• Runner-Up Prizes (20 winners): One (1) copy of SAME TEAM by Jocelyn and Aaron Freeman. ARV: $25 each.
• Entrant Reward (all eligible entrants): A promotional code for 10% off all purchases at Art of Sucre, plus additional promotional offers from partners including The Point, Bria, Cheersy, and Plannerd, delivered by email. Codes are promotional offers, not prizes; partner terms, exclusions, and expiration dates apply.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

On or about August 1, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries to select one (1) Grand Prize winner and twenty (20) runner-up winners. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email and must respond within five (5) days; failure to respond, ineligibility, or return of notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The Grand Prize winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) publicity release.

7. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its partners to use the winner’s name, likeness, and submitted love-story content for promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor and its partners are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or emails.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Brooklyn Cyclones, Bria/Dressit, Aisle Society, Cheersy, Plannerd, Art of Sucre, The Point, 21 for Fun, the Freemans, and their respective parents, affiliates, and agents from any claim arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize. The travel prize is subject to the terms and conditions of 21 for Fun and applicable travel providers.

10. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, deliver entrant rewards, and send updates about National Love and Marriage Day, and will be shared with presenting partners only as described at entry. Entrants may unsubscribe from emails at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Official Rules and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Entrants agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Winners List

For the names of the winners, email media@loveandmarriageday.com with the subject line “Love and Marriage Day Sweepstakes Winners List” within 60 days of the drawing.
